She was entranced by movie magic, but she was more enchanted by the beauty of what a film can teach. Entering college, Kassidy knew that she had not only a goal but a duty to serve others the way her favorite movies inspired her. She knew she wanted to encourage people to reflect upon new concepts and perspectives, and she knew she wanted to tell the stories of the voices in this world that are struggling to be heard.

Kassidy is dedicated to expanding her impact as a cinematographer and documentary filmmaker, focusing on narratives that explore historical and current events, environmental protection, sustainability, and conservation. She employs film as a tool for social change to highlight urgent global issues and amplify marginalized voices.
